Instinct and Reason’s Employer of Choice study has revealed that businesses that show effective management with strong policies on mental health are more attractive to workers under 30.
In fact, a mentally healthy workplace that was both friendly and supportive and promoted and protected the mental health of its employees was the second most powerful inhibitor of a worker leaving their job.
