Poor jobseeker treatment affecting profits

July 21, 2016

First impressions are critical and this goes for employers not just employees.

In the age of flexible work arrangements and millennials who change jobs nearly as often as they change their iPhone’s, it’s important companies are making a good impression to potential candidates as they are vetting you just as much as you are vetting them.

Your employees are the greatest ambassadors of your brand and if you are not treating candidates with respect during the hiring process, poor sentiments will follow through to their purchasing habits.

With so many options for products and services, whether that be online or bricks and mortar, bad experiences turn consumers to your competitors and that is no different for potential employees.

Our partner WORKible has explored how companies are losing out on sales through bad jobseeker treatment. Click here to read more.
