Home furnishing icon’s future revealed

June 16, 2016

One of the largest chain stores in the world has plans to roll out smaller stores in Australia.

The maze that is IKEA is aiming to lower customers stress levels when it comes to shopping with them.

Not all customers enjoy browsing for hours and stopping for the classic meatballs. With 22 small stores and online pick up points planned, IKEA is hoping to capture those consumers who can’t or don’t want to visit the larger stores, as well as reduce the amount of abandoned online shopping carts.
