Free returns lure new customers

August 12, 2016

Online fashion retail giant ASOS is going from strength to strength with sales surging in recent months and the company is only getting started.

ASOS recently announced that shoppers will be able to return products free of charge. Working with Temando and Australia Post, customers were previously able to return goods for a fee.

ParcelPoint drop off and Australia Post Tracked Return will now be free for all customers while courier pick up will be free for ASOS premier subscribers.

With a strong focus on customer experience, the UK company aims to make the shopping journey as seamless as possible.

The new returns strategy encouraging hesitant online shoppers to try the service with little to no drawbacks is sure to expand ASOS’s reach across Australia.
